Posted in 1998
Hi, has anyone seen this error before: libc: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: no LANG= line in /etc/default/lang libc: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: LANG= syntax error in /etc/default/lang What would I do: I try to install my sco-4gl-package under SuSe-Linux Kernel 2.0.35 for tests. Our compiler is version 4.12.UE1 for SCO. And SE-version 7.24UC5 LINUX-Bundle. (In Install-Guide this combination should work...) My /etc/defaults/lang looks like this: LANG=de_DE.ISO8859-1 I've tryed also: SET LANG=de_DE.ISO8859-1 But it seems so, that nothing will work. Please help ! Thanks in advance! Andy M.
