INFORMIX & 64 bit data types

Hi ! Can somebody please tell me how Informix handles 64bit data types through INFORMIX-CLI. Essentially INFORMIX-CLI data types are the same as ODBC data types. So how is a data type NUMERIC (32) in a INFORMIX 7.x database mapped to ODBC ? To what ODBC data type is it mapped to ? Will it be mapped to ODBCBIGINT ? If so will this always be the case (whatever the 64 bit data type is integer/float etc) ? I need to marshal the odbc data types to a different set of data types in my application program & that is why I need this information. Thanks Chaminda Peries
