You can use Crystal with VB application or embed Crystal in VB application. But Crystal can't use the VB connection to the database, it has its own connection function. I don't remember exactly the function name, you need data source name, user ID and password passed to the function. Search Crystal help file can give you more info. I have the source code on home PC. If you really need it I can copy some over.
