run onstat -g rea to list ready to run threads i.e. one which could
run but the CPU(s) are busy doing other things. If there are ANY
threads listing then adding another CPU VP MAY help.
Also run sar -u 3 if the 5age idle (usually the last column) is > 15-
20% then try adding other CPU VP and see what happens. Basically if
the CPUs are idle some of the time then adding other CPU VP should
help.
