Online/Optical problem.

I'm having a big problem trying to put to work Informix Online/Optical whith Plexus' Storage manager. I've got a IBM RS/6000 and a 3995 jukebox, running AIX 4.2 with Informix 7.22.UC2 and Plexus' Storage Manager 2.2 The storage manager runs ok, and Informix al runs ok. The only problem is that they refuse to comunicate one another. The message I get is when I launch the oninit, wich says: Unable to comunicate with optical subsystem. Has anyone already encountered this problem???? Help me please... Rui Domingos PSI.DOC
