Could someone confirm the following:
If table1 has a join condition to table2 on columns colA+colB, then the
index should match the order of the join. Does the order of the index
affect performance? That is, could the table instead be indexed as
colB+colA?
table1.colA = table2.colA
table1.colB = table2.colB
