6.0 Upgrade Problems? 4GL Compilation Failures.

Question: If you can't recompile your 4GL for any reason - will this be a problem in upgrading Informix 5.0 to 6.0? There is an excellent chance that quite a few of our programs will fail to compile successfully. Our environment is RS/6000's (980's, 580's, 320's) running 3.x AIX.
