Setnet install on Windows NT 4.0

Is there a way to install Setnet on a Windows NT workstation so that whenever or whoever logs into the workstation, has access to Setnet. I know that Setnet is not a networkable S/W for sharing, but this solution/idea would allow anyone that logged into the pc, to have access to Informix connections. Thanks Tim
