Re: IDS Error - VP Notify

HI. I've just had the same problem, but with a solaris site. In this case, there is a defect reported with solaris associated with patches. I found this note in the machines notes for 9.40, but I think that note is also valid for IDS 10. I don't know how HP works, but you may find useful look for the specific machine note for HP and look for patches which should be updated. I really doubt that there were a network problem, because restarting informix service hadn't helped. I hope you find this useful.
