Termcap?

We are looking for a termcap entry for a DEC-420 operating off an IBM RISC-6000. We have several DEC-420's operating properly off of a DEC-ALPHA, but when we try to hook same up to the IBM, we lose control of function keys F6 thru F16. VI is operating properly. The DEC manual 'Installing & using the VT-420 Video Terminal' has been helpful, but the function key problem still remains. We will be using the terminal to run Informix applications.
