IUS9.13: SBSPACE full
Posted in 1999
Hi, I'm storing some images on a SBSPACE. And as it became full (or almost), I don't know how can I free the pages in order to re-use the sbspace. I have droped the tables and database that uses it but it seems that it doesn't free the pages. Also, I've changed to the next logical log. I know that I can create a new SBSPACE or even add a chunk to the existing one, but what I really looking for is a way of free the pages are not used without having to drop the chunk or sbspace. My current situation is: DBSPACES/BLOBSPACES Number of When Id Name Chunks Created Status 1 rootdbs 1 05/26/98 N 2 blobsp0 1 06/29/98 N B 3 sbspace0 1 06/29/98 N S ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CHUNKS FOR sbspace0 Chunk Chunk Pages Pages Full Pathname of Chunk Status Id Offset In Chunk Used 3 0 50000 46556 /u5/informix/data/sblob_space_0 POS ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Could anyone tell me what the Status parameters POS are? Where can I find information about them?
