Did you use Media Protection with OmniBack ? It could be that either you
didn't do this, or your protection of the medium has expired. Omniback starts
onbar with -r -s per default at restore time. If your medium protection has
expired, the -s (salvage logs) writes the logical logs over your old backup
you are trying to restore thus corrupting it. OmniBack then thinks the object
hasn't been backed up. The recommendation is to use 2 different device for
backup of tablespaces and logical logs.
