ODS 7.23 -> WGS 7.20 Migration

Due to licensing issues, we're migratiom from ONLINE 7.23 (the 32 thread license that came with Netscape LiveWire PRO) to unlimited connection WORKGROUP 7.20 and what I can't figure out, is where's the onmonitor equivalent for WGS? What gotchas am I looking at in migration from one to the other? One thing I noticed is that WGS 7.20 has backup to disk whereas OWS 7.23 only supports tape.
