Command Center - Reports

Informix WGS 7.20 on SCO UNIX Openserver 3.2.0.4c INET on windows 98 All other aspects of the Command Center are working fine, but when I try the reports options the window just sits there passing pieces of paper to the tray and does nothing else. I have waited for 5 minutes just for the basic system report but then pressed cancel (got bored) should I wait longer ?
