4gi input array/display array

Has anyone ever discovered why the input array and display array statements were designed to work the way do (i.e. badly)? E.g. need to display all program array to screen array before delete ( except it isnt ) can only start program array to screen array at element 1 of program array etc. Does anybody know if Informix have plans to address these design features :-) -- paul sellars 6 * 9 = 42 humberside u.k.
