Our client, an international manufacturer of integrated circuit devices, is experiencing growth and is seeking gifted individuals to assist them in moving into the next century. This is the most aggressive and well-funded information systems group in the organization, and they are proud of the fact that the department is comprised of "brilliant" professionals. This would have to be the case, as they are one of the three largest ORACLE implementations in the world! REQUIREMENTS: Must have degree and over two years of experience in database administration. Will provide database administration for a large (over 200gig) world-wide ORACLE 7 database. INGRES, SYBASE, and INFORMIX DBA experience will be considered in lieu of ORACLE background. Knowledge of PRO*C or UNIX would be a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Will provide database administration for a large (over 200gig) world-wide ORACLE 7 database. Activities to include database design, trigger and stored procedure development, resource management, SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, optical archival system, and general database administration duties. Other current priorities include ORACLE SYSTEMS SUPPORT and ORACLE FINANCIALS CONSULTANT. .
