A suitable value is "dirty read". Similarly for Perform, using SPERFISOL. Check the spelling of the variables, especially the Perform version. Use all upper case or all lower case in the value, and a single space between the words, and no leading or trailing spaces. If you break those rules, your value will be ignored.
