I'm sure this is a FAQ, but if it isn't, it should be. :-) Create a noentry field at the end of each line. When the user presses the key in question, NEXT FIELD him/her to that field. That should take you to the next line. In your BEFORE ROW, check if that key has been pressed, if so, NEXT FIELD the user to the dummy field again.
