Adding space to the rootdbs is very straigtfoward. You should just define an
additional chunk and add that space to the rootdbs via the onspaces command.
Your question, however, might indicate a deeper problem other than running
out of room in the rootdbs. Be sure of what is located there and move any
unnecessary items to other dbspaces. (ie, physical log, logical logs, and
certainly any user created databases)
