Query by example syntax for date range

I know you can enter something like "2004-12-01 00:00:00..2004-12-31 23:59:59" and 4GL's construct will convert it to BETWEEN "2004-12-01 00:00:00" AND "2004-12-31 23:59:59" But FourJ's d4gl generates garbage (it's close, but still a syntax error). I've been told there's another way to enter a date range, but I haven't figured it out. Anyone know? Anyone know where all the things you can enter are documented? Thx
