creating runner in fourj's

Dear Sir/madam I have installed the windows (xp) versipn of 4j's universal compiler. I have followed the indtructions and when l try to create a runner, using fglrun -d ifx940 i get the error message "could not link runner" I have ran the envcomp.bat script aswell as a script setting all the informix enviroment variable. I have sdk 2.8 and informix ids 9.4 installed Thanks in advance Umesh
