tablas temporales en IDS 11.5

Estoy buscando informacion sobre donde se almacena la definicion de las columnas y tipos de datos que se obtienen al crear una tabla temporaria a partir de una sentencia sql tal como <select * from tabla... into temp t>, el nombre de la tabla se guarda en sysmaster:systabnames pero no logro saber adonde estan definidas las columnas. Si alguien me puede ayudar en este tema se los agradecere.
