CLI 2.5 and GLS

I am using CLI 2.5 under AIX. The CLI manual states that if connecting to Informix On-Line DS 7.2 or above, then CLI can take advantage of GLS. However I have found that CLI does not recognize the types NCHAR and NVCHAR. Does anyone have any information on using CLI with GLS? TIA - Greg -- Greg Krasnow HNC Software Inc.
