New Era and Win '98

I KNOW I KNOW. I should know better. Have an extant NE 3.1 project that I have not yet been able to switch over to something more serviceable. We "upgraded" our clients to Windows '98. Now the RSAT and Application Builder will not see the private workspace on any of the '98 machines. This means NOTHING will connect..even existing programs. This is insanity.
