Connecting to OWG 7.2.2 for UNIX from ROM 2.10

Is anyone out there able to do this? I'm having a very difficult time. I'm trying to connect using onsoctcp. Do I have to have multiple entries in the /etc/services file if I'm trying to connect to the same database using two different connection methods.
