IIUG Call For Papers opens
Posted in 1997
The International Informix Users Group (IIUG) has opened its Call For Papers for sessions to be presented as part of its technical track at the 1997 Informix Worldwide User Conference (IWUC). This conference will be held July 22 - 25 in San Francisco. The IIUG, inconjunction with the 1997 IWUC committee, is sponsoring a series of extended length, technically oriented sessions at this year's conference. Unlike other tracks at this year's conference that will focus on business case studies or the newly released Informix-Universal Server product, there is no subject or product-specific orientation to the IIUG sponsored track. Proposals submitted to the IIUG will be evaluated and accepted based on their technical, non-sales oriented content. The deadline for submitting proposals to the IIUG is February 1, 1997. For more information about submitting a proposal to the IIUG, point your browser to http://www.iiug.org/events/cfpinfo.html. More information about other IIUG activities at the 1997 IWUC will be found at http://www.iiug.org/events/events_top.html as it becomes available. Carlton Doe President, IIUG carlton@iiug.org
