This parameter set the number of stored procedures that are kept in
the procedure buffer pool. The default is 50. If you do an onstat -g
prc, you will see how many stored procedures currently reside in
memory. If you use a lot of stored procedures, and a lot are active,
you may want to bump this up so they are not continually being
overwritten by newer procedures read in from disk. IF you do not have
many, then I would suggest leaving it alone, since the memory that is
required for this is not extreme. The parameter that goes along with
this is PC_HASHSIZE, default of 31, and should be prime.
