Information about sysptprof

Hi all, Where can I find more information about the fields: lktouts, isreads, iswrites, isrewrites, isdeletes of sysmater:sysptprof? What's a isread/isdelete/iswrites/isrewrites operation?. How can I have lockreqs=0 and lktouts=7? Is Pagreads the number the pages read or the number the operations over data of the table? We're running on 7.3 TC1. Thanks in advance.
