SECURITY_LOCALCONNECTION to 2

Hello All, IDS 11.50.FC8W2 on HP-Unix 11.2 I read the documentation about SECURITY_LOCALCONNECTION however not able to understand what this change (from no value to 2) will affect. A user logged on locally to a machine running IBM® Informix® Dynamic Server (IDS) can connect to IDS as a different user without specifying a password. Please help me to understand this parameter with atleast one example. Regards, Vikas
