RE: Index build speedup

A couple quick items to check. Do an onstat -g mgm and check the
DS_MAX_QUERIES, DS_MAX_SCANS, and DS_TOTAL_MEMORY parameters. You may need
to increase these. As you adjust one (using onmode) watch your quantum
values...you want small quantum values. I usually just work with the query
and memory parameters. And of course, table fragmentation plays a key role
here.
