Changing Links to devices

Hi, IDS 7.24.UC5 HP-UX 10.20 Historically our system has been set up with the links to the raw devices in /dev I'd like to move these links to a directory of their own /dev/ol_chunks. Obviously I want to retain the link from the raw device to the chunk in Online.
