Null Table

WHile running checks against my Online 5.0 databases, I ran across indexes attached to a table called "root". "root". seems to have no data associated to it. I've tried to drop it without success. I can;t do a dbexport - it bombs when it hits the null tablename, so I unloaded each table and generated a schema to rebuild the correct tables. Unfortunately, I can't drop the database because of the null table, to rebuild it. Is there any way I can drop this datbase without having to re-initialize the entire dbspace? I have SEVERAL databases here and I dread the thought of having to dbexport and rebuild ALL of them. I have no idea how this table got created, but certainly would love to get rid of it.
