could't perform edit

Hello! We are getting the following message: "Couldn't perform the edit because another user changed the record" This message only happens when traying to change a few specific rows using BDE (Borland DataBase Engine), also we make sure no other user is using the table, we have dropped the table and load it again and the error persists, when we try the update the same rows with dbaccess the operation is allways succesfull, our informix version is IDS 7.31 UC2. Any help will be apreciated!

I'd suggest doing a search through Google (use all words: another user changed) to see what others have done to get around the problem. It is generally an issue with the BDE, not the database.
