Somehow, you are having sqlturbo processes aborting without getting the chance to clean up temp table space. Are you killing them rather than using tbmode -z? The space will remain allocated until the net time you start up OnLine. As far as I know there is no other way to get rid of them. (Short of dropping the database!) Temp tables do not explicitly show up in tbcheck output, but if you look carefully you will notice some pages unaccounted for either by tables or by free space.
