Can Art's dbcopy migrate BLOB data?

I migrated a table with data type TEXT & BYTE stored in BLOB space using Art's utlity dbcopy, it failed. Just wondering whether dbcopy can copy blob data ? Except dbcopy , Any other way that I can migrate blob data?
