Problems w NEWS & MCI

Is anyone else here using *internetMCI* and having problems with this newsgroup? I can only seem to read 40% - 60% of the articles posted here on any given day. The rest of them report an error that *no such article exists*. I have contacted MCI to no avail - they just want me to keep reinstalling my software which loses all of my newgroup history and does not solve the problem.
