About ERKEYs

Hi, I'm studying how the ERKEYs works. It's a very cool feature! Testing it, I identify: - There is no way to specify indexes parameters like, what dbspace the index should be create explicit name for the index (to keep easy the admin and identification) extent size create the index online (they put X lock on table) - They execute a ALTER IN-PLACE over the table, where only after a dummy update they allocated the 10 bytes of ERKEYs. - Allow add the ERKEYs over RAW TABLE (this could be useful to run the dummy update later) - The flag of the partnum change to 0x800000 and don't exists description for this value on flags_text ... My doubts: 1) Have some way to specify the dbspace and index name? 2) Have some way to create the index ONLINE ? 3) What exactly is the description of the flag 0x800000 ? Cesar
