Re: Make BLOBS go into the BLOB space

The definition of the table should now read as ...
create table wds_store
(
wds_blob_id serial not null ,
wds_blob byte IN <blobspace>,
wds_mime varchar(50),
wds_desc varchar(50),
wds_blob_size char(12)
default '0',
primary key (wds_blob_id)
);
and this should put your BLOB data in the newly created blobspace.

Subject: Make BLOBS go into the BLOB space
I have a table -
create table wds_store
(
wds_blob_id serial not null ,
wds_blob byte,
wds_mime varchar(50),
wds_desc varchar(50),
wds_blob_size char(12)
default '0',
primary key (wds_blob_id)
); - that is taking up alot of space in our primary dbspace.
So I create a blobspace as outlined in the manual.
But I can't find any information on making the blobspace be utilized.
Do I need to drop and recreate this table to force the blobs over there,
or is there some alter statement I can perform?
