I have a clustered index in my zipcode table (cause we very rarely change that table). Clustering will improve your queries and deletes shouldn't affect the clustering (unless they are followed by adds). Updates may affect the clustering but only if the columns that makeup the clustered index are changed. DAS -- David A.
