Help - ESQL/C linking problems

Hi, Any help to the following question would be v. helpful. Please send me a mail if you know the solution. I am getting error messages when trying to run the .o files (no error messages when compiling). The The message is like this: undefined symbol first referenced in file _iqprepare creation.o SQLCODE creation.o _iqfree creation.o sqlstart dbclean.o _iqdbclose dbclean.o sqlca dbmain.o _iqslct util.o . . . . rtypname util.o I am trying to link the .o files using cc file1.o file2.o file3.o -L/usr/informix -I/usr/informix/incl -L/usr/inform ix/lib I am running the files on sequent systems (Unix) on NCD workstations using informix version 5.0.
