Informix CLI/ODBC/Windows 95

For those of you who may be confused by Informix's white paper (where they sprinkle ODBC freely throughout the document but never really do come out and say that it actually does ODBC itself), Informix-CLI does provide an ODBC driver. I've used it with Powerbuilder and Delphi and, while it is slower than native database access, it seems to work fine. Now for my question. Excel/Microsoft Query under Office 95 doesn't recognize the Informix CLI ODBC data source. For that matter, it doesn't recognize any of my data sources. None of the ODBC stuff I have on my computer (Powerbuilder's Watcom, Delphi's Interbase, nothing) seems to be recognized by Windows 95 and Office 95, though it does show up in the ODBC control panel. This may more properly be a Windows question, but has anyone gotten Informix-CLI to work under Windows 95 with the Office 95 tools?
