I'm not talking about competition with an external competitor, I'm talking about competition within IBM as to which product to compete with. The issue is training and more importantly how do you incent the sales team to sell the right product? There's more to this, but I don't want to bore you with details , issues and trivial matters that only an IBMer would understand.
