CDR Difficulties

I am trying to bring up CDR (Cranky Data Replication) between two AIX servers with an NT 4.0 box running the control software. The NT box sees the servers and shows them as online, but then loses contact after a minute and says the server(s) are down. But they're not! Online is running merrily along, as is the cdragt (SNMP sub-agent) and snmpd (AIX master agent.) AIX's snmpd.log doesn't show anything out of the ordinary, but the log for the cdragt is whining about not being able to attach to shared memory. I have tried to use both the AIX master agent and the Informix provided master agent, no joy with either one. I have verified the 1) onconfig files 2) sqlhosts files 3) snmpd.conf files 4) snmpd.peer files What am I missing? Thanks in Advance!
