OWS Admin utilities help

I just got my first copy of Online Workgroup Server in the mail. It is version 7.20.UC2 for SCO Unix. After some thrashing about, I got the server installed OK. I can install the I-Connect and I-CLI clients for both Windows 3.11 and Windows NT and connect to the demo database. However, I am confused by the I-Admin Tools. These seem pretty important to the administration of the server, but the documentation indicates they only run on Windows 95? Is this true? I tried installing them on Windows NT and they installed, but I can't seem to get anything to connect. Is there a set of Admin tools that run on Windows 3.11 and/or Windows NT? Should I be able to get the Windows 95 tools to run under Windows NT? Am I just clueless? If these tools only run on Windows 95 is Informix clueless?
