In all probability it's the Sabre Group which differs significantly from AA when you start asking questions about the flight bennies - they go away in like 10 years or so.... If you (plural - whomever) have a few good years with substantial Informix DB's and are otherwise interested, I'd apply, I'll bet they would talk to you. Very few have any experience with XPS and practically noone has two years.... Personally, I'd blow off the clueless recruiter though - it's pretty obvious who it is so the recruiter is now without value.
