How I can import all database ???

Hello I've got problems with import database. I don't know logical database design. Database isn't very large about 100- 1 Gb I think Could you help me import all database via LAN all structure with some additional procedures ??? I think triggers ,maybe procedures ?? I don't have idea My system is Solaris 7.0 with Informix 7.3 . It's very important database, critical. What do you have? Unload files? Any SQL files?
