The time synchronization of all 12 servers is
important if you plan on using timestamp conflict
resolution, refer to page 2-13 of the IDS 10
Enterprise Replication Guide. Even if you don't use
the timestamp conflict resolution there is a limit to
how far off the times can be on each server. I think
that the max is only a few minutes but I know that an
hour is way to much difference unless the servers are
in different time zones, ER converts all of its
timestamps to GMT.
