We have Python in use by the ops team and development team (I'm doing the most work here) and we do have an app in RoR. While you have Jython and JRuby, you're still having to maintain some similar logic across multiple languages. For example, if there exists a standardized logging method in Java, you'd have to duplicate it to Python or Ruby. And of course you have to maintain staff that knows the language(s). Don't get me wrong. I love Python. Its just that every couple of years, the next great thing comes along. _________________________________________________________________ Spiderman 3 Spin to Win!
