There was another NT benchmark released today for SAP for over 1000 users. This time they used 14 servers (1 database and 13 partitions). I would say NT is not as scaleable as Unix and that it requires more resource than Unix but on the other hand the operational management tools are easier to use. The big problem I see with Unix is that it doesn't seem to be moving forward whereas NT is improving rapidly.
