wblademgr.exe doesn't run

Hi, I want to use wblademgr.exe to add geoblade to database(on WinNT). However, it doesn't work at all. The window for it doesn't appear. What maybe the problem? Appreciate your answer. Jing

Came after punch cards and before Windoze. ;-) ) When you run it, you'll see the prompt change.
